Loved joining this group on Saturday. As a newbie it can be hard just turning up for the first time.  As an oldie it's hard to keep up with youngsters but I wasn't left behind. Far from it - I was kept company and encouraged to just do what I could. Looking forward to the next one!

Great event, it was a great way to get back into exercise. We did 3.5k led by Danni. We jogged 3mins, walked 3mins and was manageable for all levels.

Great organised run. The 3.5km option was perfect for me returning to exercise after illness. Would recommend. Not sure if route changes in the summer so more off road or back roads. So that would be good.
